I. Call meeting to order: By Steve Cochran. 

   Training/Vendor: Brad Britten from TFS stated there may be an extension
   On emergency grants-$1000 grant needed.  

II. Roll Call:  Albany, Clyde, Cisco, ECCA, Jim Ned, Merkel, Moro, Mulberry
    Canyon, Potosi, Shackelford Co., Tye, Veiw, TFS 

III. Last Month's  Minutes: approved 

IV. Treasure:  Checking: as of Nov 30th  $33,949.81  plus the 2 CD’s.  

V. Announcements:  
   
VI. New Business: Clay and Mel was there to give different levels of testing.

VII. Old Business: Steve talked about the repeater.  

       By-laws are still being worked on.

       Committee approved 4 depts  to receive money. $1000 to Cisco, $1500
       to Hamby, Moro, and Potosi.

Next meeting will be at Tye.
   
Meeting was adj to tour Clyde’s new fire station.
