V. Announcements:

A. TFS has 55gal barrels of foam available.  Cost is $180.00/barrel.

B. View will hold their Chili Lunch Sunday December 9 from 12pm-3pm
   at the Pct 1 County Barn.  Cost is a donation.

C. Merkel will be hosting a Courtroom Preparations and Testimony Class
   put on by Ben Kennedy of Texas A&M at Heritage Hall in Merkel on
   Dec 17-19 6P.M.-10P.M. Cost of course will be the price of the student
   manual which should run around $20-25.  Contact Steve Cochran the week
   before so he can get the books printed.

D. Potosi will be hosting an ECA class Jan 14 - Feb 25 (or there 'bouts).
   Cost will be approximately $115.  The more that sign up, the less it
   will be.  Contact Aaron Maxwell FMI.

E. Mulberry Canyon and Trent will be hosting RIT training in January.
   Day, time and place to be announced.

F. There will be a traffic management class Mar 1 from 8am-5pm.  Location
   to be announced.  Seating is limited so sign up now!  Cost is free.

VII. New Business

A. For any major incident, ICS needs to be established as quickly as possible.
   This will help operations run more smoothly, especially when mutual aid
   depts respond.  Re-discussed having BCFFA SOGs.  Everyone needs to get their
   SOGs together and bring a copy to the next BCFFA meeting.

B. HB 2604 gets additional $15 million beginning next fiscal year (Sep 08).
   Continue putting in for those grants.

C. TFS is creating a regional response team for area disasters.  More info to
   come.
