Mike S. - Abilene and Taylor County have installed a mapping program to the 911 system to track and pinpoint cell phone calls. Calls will display on a computer map for better locating emergencies. Some counties have ability to accept coordinates from GPS. B. John B. - BCFFA repeater back on-line at full strength C. Nick H. - There will be a benefit for the Rockey Reisner family Nov 9 from 11-2pm at the Catfish Place on Hwy 36 (west of Comanche). Contact Hoss or Nick FMI. D. The Roby Turkey Shoot will be held Nov 2 from 1-5pm. E. Gary Y. - GPS units are legal for emergency services. Some discussion was brought up after the passing of a new law. VI. Old Business A. Gary A. - There are 3 companies (Action, Teaks and ?) being looked at for purchase of training videos for the regional library. Roscoe motioned to purchase videos, Hawley 2nd - passed. VII. New Business A. Don G. - Legisaltors amended Constitution to allow municipalities to donate equipment to TFS Helping Hands program without being held liable. VIII.
