V. Announcements:

A. HAZMAT school hosted by BNSF Railroad in Sweetwater, Nov 2 @ 6pm.  Free and
   open to everyone



VI. Old Business

A. By-Law Committee met to review law concerning Art II Sec 4 - treasurer shall
   submit all detailed reports each meeting.  Discussed wording of the law and
   was decided not to change it.


VII. New Business

A. Wal-Mart donated another $1000 to BCFFA - discussed buying accountability tags
   for each department.  Chief's to take back to their depts for discussion on tags
   and other ideas...tabled until next meeting.

B. Steve Cochran volunteered to teach 2 hour training class every other meeting.  He
   would like to have Constitution and By-Laws changed to reflect it.  Discussed not
   having it changed, but having the training anyway.  John Bogart suggested having
   it every 3 months...tabled until next meeting.
