I. Call meeting to order



II. Roll Call: Buffalo Gap, Dyess, ECCA, Hamby, Hawley, Jim Ned, Merkel, Mulberry Canyon,
    Potosi, Shackelford County, Trent, Tye, View



III. Minutes from last meeting: Jim Ned motion to accept, Hamby 2nd, accepted



IV. Treasurer's Report - Checking: $1064.50  CD: $4696.23



V. Announcements

- Dyess: everyone needs to bring their own SCBA's to the fire training.  Everyone needs
  to sign up before Aug 15th to access Dyess.

- Bruce McDonald from TFS handed out packets for fire prevention.  FMI, call him at
  979-229-3715

- Merkel will have their Turkey Shoot Aug 13, 1pm, at the gravel pits south of town.



Old Business:

- Please remember to bring your department's SOPs

- Survey's were sent out.  All personnel are reminder to have them turned in before
  next meeting.



New Business:

- Need to recognize Hoss Smith for his contributions to the BCFFA and area fire depts.
  Buffalo Gap motioned to purchase a plaque, Trent 2nd - accepted.

- Trent motioned to cancel Aug meeting due to Abilene Fire Conference.  Motion was discussed;
  Steve C. suggested to have Aug meeting to discuss surveys.  Majority voted to meet in Aug.

- Gary Y. discussed/motioned to bring in Ron Davis (TFS Retired) to teach class on ICS.
  Merkel 2nd, motioned carried.  Date time to be announced.
