Call meeting to order:


Roll Call - Departments present:
- Albany, Buffalo Gap, ECCA, Eula, Hamby, Hawley, Sweetwater, Mulberry Canyon, Potosi, Roby, Roscoe, Trent, Tye and View


Minutes from last meeting: April 28, 2003
- Tye motion, Hawley 2nd to accept minutes - carried


Treasurers Report:
- Checking: $1612.88
- C.D.: $4413.55


Announcments:
- Don Russom reminded departments to continue submitting fire reports to their county rep.
- Randi Watson - Potosi selling "Cowboy Candles" for next two weeks for fundraiser


Old Business:
- Don discussed purchasing new BCFFA caps.  No prices yet.  Two businesses in Merkel that normally help out fire depts: 1 out
  of business, the other bought out by another company.  Will work on calling around to get prices.
- Gary Young not present to discuss presentation of plaque to Juage Lee Hamilton
- Don Russom discussed flags, signs.  Eligible depts list not available due to change in Secretaries.


New Business:
- Phillip King (ECCA) discussed possible fundraiser for BCFFA departments.  Suggested sending kids into their communities to
  raise money by "Filling the Tennis Shoe".  Kids will have ID badges.  Don suggested members take it back to their departs,
  discuss and come back next meeting with a consenses.
- Randi stated BCFFA received another $1500 grant from Wal-Mart.  Discussion amongst members was to purchase additional burn
  ban flags and signs.  Trent motioned, Roscoe 2nd to purchase signs and flags - carried.
