Phillip stated he didn’t know there was a differences in pumps. The committee was the one to turn Hamby down on both apps. Ray stated that BCFFA should disband if they wasn’t going to help anyone. Phillip was very upset and got up and left. Members of BCFFA told Hamby they should have followed up when they found out the extra pump at the county barn was different and would not work.
