Call meeting to order:


Roll Call - Departments present:

  Shackelford, Hawley


Minutes from last meeting: March 24, 2003
- Buffalo Gap motioned, Trent 2nd to accept minutes from meeting


Treasurers Report:
- Checking: $1612.88
- C.D.: $4407.00


Announcments:
- Don Russom and Gary Armstrong working on grant for BCFFA Library
  -  Need to obtain a charter number for BCFFA
- TFS - Nick Harrison
  -  Applications due today for TFS grants
- TFS - Brenden
  -  Thanked everyone for help and cooperation during the View brush fire.  Everything went smoothly.
- TFS - Nick Harrison
  -  View went through proper protocol for initiating TFS activation.  Also mentioned great help received from
    DPS.
- Don Russom and Gary Young discussed getting fire reports into county reps.  Reporting times are from
  Sunday night at midnight, through following Sunday night at midnight.
- View VFD - Byron:
  -  View VFD BBQ at County Barn, 4 May 03 from 12-2
- Eula VFD - Larry
  -  11th Annual Garage Sale May 16-17
- Potosi VFD - Bill
  -  Potosi VFD Open House Fund Raiser May 24, 2003 from 4-8pm

  -  Will have a burger sale during the Albany Sidewalk Sale, May 3, 2003 from 10am-5pm


Old Business:
- Gary Young will be getting together before next meeting for By-Laws


New Business:
- Gary Young mentioned Mutual Aid Agreement was signed by Judge Lee Hamilton.  Motioned to make Lee
  Hamilton honorary member of the BCFFA and present a plaque for his outstanding support to the BCFFA.
  Tye second - passed.
- Nick Harrison asked that family members of TFS crew who died in helicopter crash during Space Shuttle
  debris recovery be remembered in your prayers.
