III. Minutes from last meeting: Trent motion to accept, Jim Ned 2nd, accepted



IV. Treasurer's Report - Checking: $4626.59  CD: $1046.57
    Motion made to pay bills totaling $37 by ECCA, Roscoe 2nd, Approved



V. Announcements

- ECCA - 11th annual Drive Thru Rabies Clinic, Apr 29 at the ECCA Fire Station
  Cost: $13

- Old Settler's Reunion Parade in Buffalo Gap, Apr 29 at 0900

New Business:

- Steve Cochran (Merkel) motioned sending out a survey to all member depts
  addressing lack of interest in training, ECCA 2nd, Approved.  Survey will be sent
  out before next meeting for suggestions on how to improve training sessions.  All
  depts are asked to return the survey before next meeting.  Also addressed was
  sending out a letter to those depts that have not shown up in several months,
  inviting them back.
