III. Minutes from last meeting: Stamford motion to accept, Trent 2nd, accepted



IV. Treasurers Report: CD:$4626.59       Checking :$1065.57
    Motion made to purchase thank you cards for donations, B.G. motioned, Stamford
    2nd, carried



V. Announcements:

A. Ron Perry brought fire prevention material.  Reminded everyone money is available
   from FEMA.  Its only available if you're reporting your fires.

B. Buffalo Gap fire awareness seminar will be held Mar 9 at 7pm at the Senior Citizens
   Center...down from the BBQ barn.

C. SFFMA Mid-West District meeting will be held Apr 8 at the Merkel Heritage Hall.

D. It is now possible to obtain Firefighter 1,2,3 & 4 in 1 year

E. There are now several courses you must take to become NIMS compliant: * FEMA IS-700:
   NIMS, An Introduction * FEMA IS-800: National Response Plan, An Introduction * ICS-100:
   Introduction to ICS or equivalent * ICS-200: Basic ICS or equivalent * ICS-300:
   Intermediate ICS or equivalent (FY07 Requirement)* ICS-400: Advanced ICS or equivalent
   (FY07 Requirement).  These courses are for anyone who may be in a position of command

A. BCFFA mailing list has now switched to Yahoo Groups due to SPAM-MAIL.  Personnel can
   join by going to the BCFFA website and submitting their e-mail address.
