II. Roll Call:  Ecca, Jim Ned, View, Mulberry Canyon, Potosi, Hamby, Tye 

III. Last Month's  Minutes: Approved

IV. Treasure:  Checking: $13,280.15  Firebreak: $4,826.65  CD: $4,821.59

V. Announcements: ECCA has their 9th annual WILD Games Fundraiser on Jan 30th tickets $20.00, gates opens at 10:00am, will eat at noon, auction and silent auction afterwards. View has the trail ride Feb 12th with a BBQ and a silent auction also. Feb 15th at 7:30pm Sky Evac will have LZ class.
Sky Warn classes posted on the website. 

VI. Old Business: Philip told about a letter he got from Global Tower for $2,576.84 for maintenance. Decided they was fishing for money.
	   
VII. New Business: Election for new officers--- stayed the same by acclamation, Ricky Bishop is the new Fire Investigator for Taylor County need to leave things alone or take a lot of pictures.

 Request to have a reminder of the meeting to go out a week before the meeting.
