V. Announcements:

A. Wild Bunch Bonanza, 27 Jan at 10am, lunch at 12pm.1st gate on left past 
   FM 89.

B. Trent - 6th Annual Varment Hunt, 27 Jan at Fire Station.  $20

C. Stamford Wildland Fire School, 24 Feb in Stamford.  $40/person

D. Brownwood Wildland Fire School, 16-18 Feb



VI. Old Business

A. Changes to Texas Fire Mutual Aid channels...more to come



VII. New Business

A. Motion made by ECCA for plaque for Corley Wetzel for work done on area
   trucks - free of charge.  2nd by Hamby.  Plaque to be presented during Feb
   meeting.

B. New bill in works in Austin concerning communications (radios, cells) in
   vehicles.  More to come on it.

President - Potosi nominates Don Russom...motion to cease nominations by
            Hamby, 2nd by Eula.
Vice-President - Trent nominates Gary Armstrog...motion to cease nominations
            by Hamby, 2nd by Trent.
Treasurer - Trent nominates Paula King...motion to cease nominations by Hamby,
            2nd by View.
Secretary - ECCA nominates Shawn Hicks...motion to cease nominations by Roscoe,
            2nd by View.

All officers elected by acclamation
